American instructors explained how Social networks and Internet technologies can be used for targeted manipulation of public opinion as well as to activate protest potential, to provoke violent unrest, radicalisation of the population, and triggering of infighting. ~ Oleg Tsarov
In the year leading up to the Ukrainian coup in 2014, the U.S. used ‘TechCamp’ as a powerful tool to magnify divisions and unrest within Ukrainian society until it exploded into the flames of civil war. What began with with Molotov cocktails and burning people alive, now continues with endless bombing of civilians, their homes, and infrastructure in the east.
The coup and civil war was a U.S. State Department $5 billion investment plan coordinated within the U.S. Embassy in Kiev, with the help of ‘TechCamp,’ a strategy to reach people using social media.
At left is State Department’s coup plotter, Victoria (F*ck the EU) Nuland in Kiev with Geoffrey Pyatt, handing out cookies to protestors in the streets.
Oleg Tsarov (in the video below) found out about the plan and, on 20 November 2013, warned the Ukrainian Government and urged them to investigate. Those who knew of the plan chanted loudly to drown out his earnest warning.

Deputy Oleg Tsarov has the word…
Honourable Colleagues, Honourable Vladimir Vasiljevitch, in my role as a representative of the Ukrainian people, activists of the public organisation “Volya” turned to me providing clear evidence that within our territory, with support and direct participation of the US Embassy in Kiev the “TechCamp” project is realised, under which preparations are being made for a civil war in Ukraine.
The “TechCamp” project prepares specialists for:
- information warfare and the discrediting of state institutions using modern media
- potential revolutionaries for organising protests
- and the toppling of the State Order.
The project is currently overseen and under the responsibility of the US ambassador to Ukraine, Geoffrey R. Pyatt.
After the conversation with the organisation “Volya” I have learned that they succeeded to access facilities in the project “TechCamp” [by] disguising as a team of IT specialists.
To their surprise, briefings on peculiarities of modern media were held. American instructors explained how social networks and Internet technologies can be used for targeted manipulation of public opinion as well as to activate protest potential, to provoke violent unrest on the territory of Ukraine, radicalisation of the population, and triggering of infighting.
American instructors show examples of successful use of social networks used to organise protests in Egypt, Tunisia, and Libya.
‘TechCamp’ representatives currently hold conferences throughout Ukraine. A total of five events have been held so far.
About 300 people were trained as operatives, which are now active throughout Ukraine.
The last conference ‘TechCamp’ took place on 14 and 15 November 2013 in the Heart of Kiev on the territory of the US Embassy!
You tell me, which country in the world would allow a NGO to operate out of the US Embassy?
This is disrespectful to the Ukrainian government, and against the Ukrainian people!
I appeal to the Constitutional Authorities of Ukraine with the following question: Is it conceivable that representatives of the US Embassy, which organise the ‘TechCamp’ Conferences, misuse their diplomatic mission?
– Let him speak… Carry On…
UN Resolution of 21 December 1965 regulates: “inadmissibility of interference in the internal affairs of a state to protect its independence and its sovereignty in accordance with paragraphs one, two and five.”
I ask you to consider this as an official beseech, to pursue an investigation of this case. Thank you.

One of the main atrocities that began the civil war with Ukraine’s Russian population, who were opposed to the new American puppet government in Kiev, was the burning alive and killing of around 116 peaceful protestors in Odessa on 02 May 2014.
Anna Tuv talks about the ongoing war in Donbass and how it impacted her life when bombing claimed the lives of her husband and daughter, injured her two other young children, and tore off her left arm. She became an advocate for peace and was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
Oliver Stone described this coup in Ukraine as “a dirty story through and through.” It shows clear parallels between what happened then, and what is currently happening in America (June, 2020) where deliberately stoked racial and political unrest have now set America on fire.
Forty eight people were brutally murdered and nearly two hundred were injured on May 2, 2014 in the quiet and picturesque port city in Ukraine. Women and children as well as men and women in their forties, fifties, and sixties were brutally set upon in the Trades Union building…
Dismayed by the violence that erupted in Odessa on May 02, where over forty peaceful anti-fascist demonstrators were burned alive in a building they escaped to as thugs burned their tents T., a teacher living in Odessa, wrote a letter to expose the truth of what is…
The 2014 coup in Ukraine that was supposed to align it with the E.U. and away from Russia’s sphere of influence, is still to this day in 2020, deeply divided by civil war, with an economy that has never recovered from an onslaught of trained Nazi thugs who brought the country to its knees. But to Americans who organized this coup with a price tag of $5 billion, Ukraine now has a ‘democracy’, and its people are ‘free’.
Even though life was good for Russell Bentley in Texas, he felt that he had a “responsibility to keep life from being bad for other people.” When he saw a woman in eastern Ukraine lying on the ground with her legs blown off, looking right at him through the camera lens, he knew he had to help the pro-Russian “rebel’s” in their fight…
