Bill Barr – And One Damn Criminal Act After Another (Part 1)

In his newly released book, One Damn Thing After Another, Bill Barr recounts his experiences as President Trump’s Attorney General, at times feeling that he was “wrestling an alligator.” However, in Barr’s murky past he was “the fixer” for George H.W. Bush’s numerous criminal acts and the criminal cabal connected to the New World Order, of which he is a part, and which in turn is the reason why ‘America is no longer the greatest country in the world.’

The serious implications of what Hunter Biden’s laptop contains cannot be overstated. Pull one thread and decades of one damn criminal act after another by those in high places could unravel the cabal’s New World Order/Great Reset plans that now threaten to thrust us into a world more terrifying than George Orwell’s 1984. If you think the New World Order is a wild conspiracy theory, President George H.W. Bush (below) will immediately dispel such thoughts.

Sounds a bit like utopia, right? Just like the “Great Reset” (a rebranding con job with the same players behind the scenes) bringing us peace and equality at last, no wars, and you will “own nothing and be happy.” But H. G. Wells didn’t mince words about his vision of what the New World Order would look like when he wrote, in 1928, that it should control the world’s resources and reduce the population through war. Further he stated:

The political world of the Open Conspiracy must weaken, efface, incorporate and supersede existing governments… The character of the Open Conspiracy will then be plainly displayed. It will be a world religion. This large, loose assimilatory mass of groups and societies will definitely and obviously attempt to swallow up the entire population of the world and become a new human community… The immediate task before all people, a planned World State, is appearing at a thousand points of light [but]…generations of propaganda and education may have to precede it. ~ The Open Conspiracy: Blueprints for a World Revolution

Det. Sgt. Gary Wean, who identified and investigated this criminal New World Order cabal during the fifties and beyond, wrote as a warning to his former L.A.P.D. colleagues in October 2000 – before George W. Bush became president to complete the work his father left undone:

“George Bush, William P. Clark and Robert Lagomarsino deliberately put William Clinton in as President to implement their New World Order and make presidential orders and take the heat for his un-Constitutional actions while they remained in the background.

“Now that all these Presidential orders are in place and they can blame someone else for them George Bush will put his own son in the Presidency. They will control the World’s oil, commerce, trade and banking.

“They will increase and build up the military and send our sons, daughters and our grandchildren around the World to fight and die for their New World Order and their oil.” [1]

As Wean predicted, George W. Bush became president in 2001 and 9/11 happened, launching the ‘War on Terror’ and sending “our sons, daughters and our grandchildren around the World to fight and die.” General Wesley Clark (below) talks about the stunning “policy coup” after 9/11 by neocons Rumsfeld, Cheney, and Wolfowitz designed to unleash death and destruction upon the people in the Middle East by taking out seven countries in five years – Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Iran – making a lie out of everything Bush senior spoke about in his speeches about the rule of law. After Russia intervened to protect Syria, President Trump proclaimed to Laura Ingraham, “I left troops to take the oil.”

In One Damn Thing After Another, Barr painted Donald Trump as being unfit for office. What will become apparent here is how unfit Bill Barr was for the position of Attorney General and how he ultimately betrayed not only President Trump, but the American people through his extensive criminal dealings and expertise at covering up for what I consider to be one of the most unfit-for-office presidents of all time. The focus of this article is on Bill Barr’s criminal association with George H.W. Bush – not only as his Attorney General, but as his right hand man when Bush was Vice President. Bill Barr was his “fixer.” As such, one can only now wonder if he had something to “fix” as Trump’s Attorney General, which is why Lindsay Graham name-dropped him for the position. Clearly a cover-up was in play by the end of Trump’s presidency over Hunter Biden’s laptop, which likely cost him the election.

As he revealed in his book, Barr shouted at President Trump when he asked about the Hunter Biden laptop in a brewing scandal just a month before the 2020 election. Barr said:

“Dammit, Mr. President, I am not going to talk to you about Hunter Biden. Period.” [2]

Bill Barr’s silence in this instance was a huge betrayal, given what we now know about some of the damning contents on Hunter Biden’s laptop regarding his dealings in Ukraine with Burisma, and now his connection with bio-lab funding in Ukraine through the Pentagon. [3]

It is Time to Ask A Few Questions:

1. Was it the greatest lie of all time when Donald Trump said he wanted to “drain the swamp” and “Make America Great Again” and then chose swamp creature Bill Barr for Attorney General? Or…
2. Was Trump deliberately deceived, given bad advice, or worse, simply naïve beyond comprehension? And,
3. Who and what is in this “swamp” and why is it so important to “drain” it?

In an attempt to answer these questions, it is necessary to shine some light on Bill Barr’s murky past.

Chip Tatum – Clinton, Barr, Bush and The Millions in Drugs

When I stumbled upon this article, William Barr – Bill Clinton 5,242.7 km, $100 MIL & DOPE, curiosity drew me in to read Chip Tatum’s 1985 diary entries written during of the Iran-Contra affair (included in The Tatum Chronicles, the second book in his The Pegasus File), which exposed powerful people in very high places involved in the international drug trade at the time.

Guyatt also revealed:

Tatum’s resignation from Pegasus followed his refusal to “neutralize” a leading US political figure in the 1992 US presidential elections. Tatum declares he will not “participate in assassinations of any sort, character assassinations or anything, of American citizens”. He goes on to explain that back in 1994, in a telephone conference call involving Oliver North, Felix Rodríguez and the late William Colby of the CIA, he was warned to turn over incriminating documents and tapes he had accumulated for his “retirement”. He wryly observes that had he done so, he would probably have been quickly “terminated” in an “extreme” way – a specialty of the Pegasus team of which he was once a member. [5]

While most people are aware of the drugs for guns scheme operated by Oliver North during the Iran-Contra affair, many are not aware that Vice President George H.W. Bush and Governor Bill Clinton, at least, were making millions running drugs that began to destroy America from within. Tatum reveals their criminal activities in his diary about a meeting at a remote resort in Costa Rica on 24 March 1985, that included Panamanian Dictator and CIA agent Manuel Noriega:

General Noriega and Mr. Barr greeted the aircraft when we arrived. The passengers adjourned to their meeting while I secured the aircraft. I was invited to join when I finished. Two Latin American soldiers set up the Sat/Com device [to link Bill Clinton, Vice-President George Bush, and Oliver North to the meeting] and stood guard on the aircraft. I joined the meeting approximately thirty minutes later.

When I arrived, the discussion was concerning the loss of over $100 million dollars worth of drugs and cash. The “Enterprise” was being drained. There were three Compaq Computers set up with operators, obviously working for Mr. Barr. There were approximately eight (8) administrative personnel correlating data provided by computer discs brought by the principles of the meeting. The discussions continued. It was obvious that the purpose of the meeting was to identify the source of the loss.

The money flow was traced from Panama to several destinations in the U.S. Their Ohio source was ruled out early. Their Colorado source was also ruled out. That left Arkansas. It was discussed by the members that either Seal or CLINTON were siphoning from the “Enterprise.”

At this point, my food was brought, so I moved to a separate table and ate. By the time I finished, Mr. Fernandez signaled me to join him. We went back to the aircraft and used the phone. He called Mr. North and told him that the loss was definitely occurring on the Arkansas drop. He said, “That means either Seal, Clinton or Noriega.” (I thought it noteworthy that Mr. Fernandez added General Noriega to the suspect list.) He hung up. I started back, but Fernandez stopped me and told me to get Barr and Rodriguez.

I summoned Barr and Rodriguez to the aircraft. About 15 minutes later, the phone activated and Barr answered. He listened, not speaking but nodding his head in agreement. When he spoke, he told the caller that it had been determined that the problem existed on the Arkansas connection. “I would propose that no one source would be bold enough to siphon out that much money, but it is more plausible that each are siphoning a portion causing a drastic loss.” He then acknowledged something with a “Yes, sir,” and told the caller he would see him and give an updated report in two days. At that point, the phone was handed to me. I answered, “Tatum.” Vice President Bush asked me to ensure that General Noriega and Mr. Harari boarded Seal’s plane and departed prior to my departure. He also wanted the tail number of Seal’s plane. I was told to tell no one that we spoke.

He then instructed me to pass the tail number to North via land lines when I returned to base. I acknowledged and handed the phone back to Barr. Barr stated that he and Fernandez were staying in Costa Rica until the following day. They needed to visit the “ranch.” He then terminated the call. 

Mr. Barr then made another call. He asked for Governor Clinton. He must have had a direct number because he didn’t have to wait. He began immediately. He explained that a substantial amount of “Enterprise” monies had disappeared. He further explained to Governor Clinton that it was suspected to be in excess of $100 million dollars and that it was definitely disappearing along the Panama to Arkansas connection. He suggested that Governor Clinton investigate on that end, and that he and Mr. North would continue investigating on the Panama side and that it must be resolved or it could lead to problems. “Big problems,” he reiterated. He then asked Clinton to put his best man on it and stated that this was priority one. Then he terminated the call.

We broke down the equipment. I dropped Noriega and Harari at the airport and waited for Seal to leave in a Lear jet tail number N13SN. Then I returned the other passengers to Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras. [6]

Writer Larry Chin asks, “Why is Iran-Contra still relevant today? His answer:

The Iran-Contra Enterprise’s overseers, criminal associates and beneficiaries, to this day, remain at large, with most enjoying massive illegally-obtained wealth, privilege, and highest political and corporate positions. The imperial positions of the Bush and Clinton clans exemplify this.

The operation, in essence, evolved and metastasized into ever-more modern and sophisticated incarnation with even more global reach. New names, new banks, new drugs, new wars, same blueprint.  It is not a “deep state” or a “shadow state” but a Criminal State that operates “in broad daylight”.  It is the playbook of the New World Order.  It is globalization at its finest. [7]

Barry Seal and Connecting Some Dots

Curiously, in 1993, when the two main swamp creatures involved in this illegal activity ran for president, it ensured that all secrets would be kept. However for the highly lucrative drug business to continue at that time, Barry Seal had to be terminated. Ole Dammegard wrote that according to Seal’s wife, Deborah, “Barry Seal flew a getaway plane out of Dallas after JFK was killed.” Dammegard also informs us that:

“Barry Seal was a very successful cocaine smuggler and helped facilitate the exchange of drugs for arms in support of the Contras in Nicaragua. He also helped launder that drug money in some of the Arkansas banks tied to the Bill Clinton family. Seal was later willing to testify against George H. W. Bush in the matter and was shot dead in his car on 19 February 1986, just a few days before Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme was taken out.” [8]

However, before the above-mentioned meeting in Costa Rico, Barry Seal gave Tatum a list of names allegedly associated with this drug scourge upon America and Americans. Seal called them the “Boss Hogs” and Tatum wrote:

The list cites the surnames only, and is reproduced…as I received it, complete with misspellings as written. I have appended their full names and titles in brackets. [9]

  • North (Lt Col. Oliver North, National Security Council aide)

  • Robert Meuller (Referred to as the Mule Asst U.S. Atty our go to man if problems arose)
  • Secord (Richard V. Secord, regarded as a “brilliant” CIA black operative)
  • Weld (William Weld, head of Criminal Division, US Department of Justice; instrumental in “blocking” Senate investigations into narcotics, according to testimony of former Senate special investigator, Jack Blum)
  • Rodriguez (Felix Rodríguez, CIA officer with close connection to VP Bush)
  • Peroot (General Peroot, Defense Intelligence Agency)

Of particular interest on this list, it is worth noting that in today’s current affairs with the threat of The Great Reset hanging precipitously over our heads with the threatening image of Klaus Schwab, is Henry Kissinger (one of his teachers at Harvard in the sixties), whom Schwab regards as among the top 3-4 figures who had “most influenced his thinking over the course of his entire life.” [10] Questioning what influence Kissinger had on an impressionable young Schwab, perhaps we can glean some idea from “The Kissinger Report,” published in 1974 and declassified in 1989, from the following clip:

“… if future numbers are to be kept within reasonable bounds, it is urgent that measures to reduce fertility be started and made effective in the 1970s and 1980s …[Financial] assistance will be given to other countries, considering such factors as population growth … Food and agricultural assistance is vital for any population sensitive development strategy … Allocation of scarce resources should take account of what steps a country is taking in population control … There is an alternative view that mandatory programs may be needed ..” [emphasis added]

Enter the COVID pandemic and Bill Gates’ vaccination program to reduce the world’s population…

The destruction currently taking place should now be clear for all to see – except those who remain in denial. Not only are the media drumbeats of a potential war with Russia distracting us from seeing the axe of economic ruin about to fall, to say nothing of food shortage warnings, Edward Dowd, a former Blackrock portfolio manager, informs us that the numbers of millennials who died in the summer and fall after booster shots of the supposed cure of a deadly virus, is greater than the numbers of Americans who died in the Vietnam War, at 61,000 excess deaths [over the normal death rate]. In essence he said, “Basically, the millennials experienced a Vietnam War in the second half of 2021.” Dowd calls this “democide” – death by government [mandates].

Now we have vaccines in the hands of governments, linked to the word, “democide.” Dowd informed us that after the boosters it took only six months to cause the 61,000 excess deaths in people between the ages of 25-44, whereas the Vietnam War war only managed to notch up 58,000 deaths over a ten-year period.

We were lied to about Vietnam.

In Australia during the sixties, President Lyndon Johnson launched a campaign called “All the way with LBJ.” What I understood at the time as a teenager was that those conscripted in Australia would be fighting against the threatened spread of Communism in Vietnam. The truth, however, that I discovered all these years later, was that the Vietnam War was well-planned out beforehand. It was deliberately designed as a war that the U.S. would not win, it was to last ten years, and result in the deaths of 57,000 Americans. (JFK researcher John Judge learned this from his mother who held a high position a the Pentagon.) [11]

This is backed up in a Publisher’s Foreword for Sean Stone’s book, New World Order: A Strategy of Imperialism, written by RA Kris Millegan. He wrote that his father had worked in psychological warfare for the CIA and, in 1969, had a profound talk with him about his intelligence career. He wrote:

The first thing he told me was that the Vietnam War was about drugs and that there were secret societies involved. He then said that communism was a sham, and instead, these secret societies were behind it; that it was “all a big game.” He also told me that “they” were playing out a “lose-scenario in Vietnam.”

Okay, don’t let shock switch off your mind here; there are many more dots to connect…

Destroying America from Within

Why is all this important? It tells us there was, and still is, a strategy at play. A strategy was laid out in the early minutes of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, discovered by Norman Dodd during the 1953 Reece Commission into tax exempt foundations in America. It began with a question in 1908 during a meeting of trustees at the inception of the tax-exempt Carnegie Endowment:

Is there any means known more effective than war, assuming you wish to alter the life of an entire people?
The conclusion: no more effective means than war to that end is known to humanity.

Then another question was asked in 1909, and answered in a similarly alarming way:

How do we involve the United States in a war?
We must control the State Department.
How do we do that?
We must take over and control the diplomatic machinery of this country. [12]

The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace then teamed up with the Rockefeller Foundation to take control of education and dumb down the population, change the teaching of history, infiltrate the State Department and then the government at every level through the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission, founded by David Rockefeller and Zbignew Brzezinski. As to why they wanted to “alter the life of an entire people,” Rowan Gaither, President of the Ford Foundation in 1953, provided Mr. Dodd with that answer when he said, “…we shall use our grant-making power so to alter life in the United States that it can be comfortably merged with the Soviet Union.” What these tax exempt foundations had in mind was world communism as the New World Order.

I am sure you can see the irony that an Endowment for Peace should be advocating for war? I am also sure you can see by now that the introduction of drugs to America’s youth is eating away the country from within and permanently changing people in deeply disturbing ways. It is a profound irony and travesty of justice, therefore, that the very people who were hooking teenagers on drugs in America hid their evil deeds behind their proclaimed “War On Drugs.” But it gets much worse than this with the opioid epidemic and prescription drugs, which I will write about another day.

Michael Levine, a 25-year veteran of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), noted that when President Nixon first declared a war on drugs in 1971, there were “fewer than half a million hard-core addicts in the entire nation, most of whom were addicted to heroin” and the drug war budget was $100 million. Three decades later, with a budget of $1 trillion, the number of hard-core addicts was expected to exceed 5 million. “The problem now,” he wrote, “not only affects every town and hamlet on the map, but it is difficult to find a family anywhere that is not somehow affected.” [13] As we have seen so far from Hunter Biden’s laptop, even the president’s own son is not spared the debauched life of a person addicted to drugs, with more yet to come out about his scandalous dealings in Ukraine and China from others who refuse to remain silent like Bill Barr.

That many soldiers returned from Vietnam addicted to drugs is now well known. Drugs were plentiful and would ensure a ready market for the drug trade the CIA developed and expanded during the the Vietnam War when they flew drugs into the U.S. in body bags with dead soldiers. What is less well known is that around 30 percent of Vietnam war veterans developed post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) because of the horrific conditions they had encountered, and many vets were self-medicating with drugs and alcohol to numb the symptoms of deep anxiety, flashbacks, and insomnia – major symptoms of PTSD. Sometimes it can take years before PTSD symptoms start taking a toll on a person’s mental health and drive them into addiction, unemployment, and homelessness. I remember reading years ago that in San Francisco alone there were thousands of homeless Vietnam vets. The number of homeless started mushrooming in the early eighties, which is likely a flow-on effect of the Vietnam War acting to eat away at society from within. The seriousness of this is often underestimated. It is my belief that PTSD is now a silent epidemic in most Western countries because of the untreated PTSD from soldiers’ horrifying experiences of war.

Many studies I have read reveal that PTSD is a significant risk factor for domestic violence, child abuse, problems in interpersonal relationships, violent crimes, incarceration and problems with the judicial system, depression, other anxiety disorders, substance abuse/disorders, suicide, smoking, high risk behavior, teenage pregnancies, eating disorders, obesity, diabetes, ischemic heart disease, cancer, lung disease, asthma, poor educational outcomes, unemployment, benefit dependency, and homelessness. In turn, domestic violence and child abuse can cause PTSD in women and children. When a home becomes a war zone it will eventually destroy the family.

This is what America has created by sending so many of their young men (and now women) to war. Eat the heart out of a family and it will follow that the heart of the country will also be eaten. It is a lose/lose situation for everyone, which is plain for us all to see right now. The simple truth is that violence begets violence. And our governments know this. It now seems to me that the original aims of the Carnegie Endowment to permanently change people so they do not revert back to what they were before, has been successful beyond their wildest dreams.

In 1989, at the beginning of George H.W. Bush’s presidency, I flew into San Francisco from Australia, after changing my ticket on the advice of an American friend, to gain a better impression of America than I would get flying into Los Angeles. But what I discovered there shocked me. Never before had I seen homeless people threading their way along streets pushing shopping trolleys laden with bedding and personal belongings that threatened to spill out of them as they rattled and bumped along sidewalks. Having nowhere else to go, they took over some of the city’s parks and wiled away their time chatting or sitting silently in the afternoon sun. Elsewhere groups of five to ten or more homeless men hustled people on street corners for a quarter, and a few Caucasian men sat cross legged on the pavement with signs that said, “Vet. Will work for food.” The plight of the vets deeply shocked me. Why were they now begging on the streets? When I was in Malaysia in 1983, beggars on the sidewalks were a common sight, but this was the United States, the “land of plenty” and the “land of the free” – or so I thought. By the time I left the States four years later, I had learned from my travels there that America was ‘not the greatest country in the world anymore’.

It was at the urging of Bill Barr that President George W. Bush pardoned President Reagan’s Secretary of Defense, Casper Weinberger, on Christmas Eve in 1992, when people were too busy with Christmas celebrations to notice the seriousness of this action as a profound cover-up that would have exposed much more about the Iran-Contra scandal in Weinberger’s coming court appearance. Luckily, Det. Sgt. Gary Wean knew what was behind it, and the connections with the New World Order, and much, much more.

To return to the questions I asked at the beginning of this article. Perhaps our naive belief that good will prevail against evil closes our eyes to the treachery operating behind the scenes that has gone largely undetected for decades. Or maybe we sense something is wrong and do nothing, expecting the cavalry to ride in on white horses at that last moment to save us all. I will repeat what I wrote above: Everything everywhere has been infiltrated, or bought off – not just the government, but even the police and armed forces. In Part Two I will reveal the real reason Weinberger was pardoned.
