The Monstrous Laws President George H.W. Bush Signed Into Being

When a Resolution is passed by “unanimous consent” in the U.S. Congress, a subterfuge is at play that begs investigation. Such was the case with HJ Resolution 104, which fraudulently claims that since the Seven Noahide Laws “have been the bedrock of society from the dawn of civilization,” the world now needs education and charity to return it to “the moral and ethical values contained in the Seven Noahide Laws.” Worshiping Jesus is “idolatry” under these Laws and punishable by death. The Seven Noahide Laws, designed to rule over all non-Jews in the world, were actually written by Jewish Pharisees and Rabbis about 586 BC, when the tribes of Judah and Benjamin were in exile in Babylon. [1]

Although this sounds like a wild conspiracy theory, Congressman Bill Dannemeyer (1979-1992) explored this chilling subterfuge which deceptively brought into being the Seven Noahide Laws as Public Law 102-14. He came to the following conclusion at the end of his personal investigation:

The Noahide Laws are to become the national, though undeclared, religion of America. The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution prohibits Congress from passing a law which establishes a religion for the United States of America. If another 9-11 type “terrorist” incident takes place, and Martial Law is declared, it is likely that the claim would be made that since the Noahide Laws have been recognized by Congress as the “basis of our civilization” and that according to the third Noahide Law, anyone who worships Jesus Christ violates this law, he or she may be characterized as a terrorist. Then the Talmudic penalty for violating any of the Noahide Laws, namely decapitation, would be enforced.

No American should underestimate the ferocity of the commitment of the Zionist Jews to control the entire political system of the world through the One World Government now being created, and in so doing administer “Justice” as they define it.

Congressman Dannemeyer was especially troubled by the Noahide deception because he was in the House Chamber on March 5, 1991 voting on other legislation when HJ Res. 104 came up for a vote after he and most of the Congressmen had left for the day. He wrote:

On January 31, 1991, an innocuous-sounding Resolution was introduced, designating March 26, 1991 as “Education Day, USA.” It was purposely given this name to deceive the American people. It was, in fact, a Double Deception because not only did the Resolution have nothing to do with “Education,” it was also deceptively billed as a vehicle for recognizing the eighty-ninth birthday of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson. But in truth, the Resolution was nothing less than a secret, under-handed plot to control the American people by the Noahide Laws – a subterfuge for the elimination of Christianity, the elimination of all Christians, and the enslavement of all remaining “Gentiles.”

The Resolution, first introduced by Minority Leader, Rep. Robert H. Michel of Illinois, was then referred to the House Post Office and Civil Service Committee. Early in March 1991, 225 members of the House had signed on as co-sponsors of this Resolution, but it is highly doubtful they were given the full text of the document. They were probably told only that it was a Resolution in honor of Rabbi Schneerson’s birthday. Most likely they had no knowledge that the treacherous Noahide Laws were a silent attachment. I was not one of the co-sponsors. The committee referred this Resolution to the House for a vote on March 5, 1991. But here is where the real treachery begins! The record states that the House of Representatives passed this Resolution by “Unanimous Consent.” But what the average American does not know is that “Unanimous Consent” is a euphemism for getting a bill passed “under the radar” with almost NO ONE present to vote AND with NO RECORD of who voted or HOW they voted.

A Congressman’s ears prick up when he hears the words “Unanimous Consent” because he is aware that this may be a signal for skullduggery. And in this case, it most certainly was! On the day this Resolution was “passed,” the entire membership of the House of Representatives had already been dismissed after having been told that the day’s work, including all the voting, was over. We could all go home. It was THEN, after virtually ALL members had left, that the traitorous authors of this Resolution brought it up for a vote on the House floor – with only four hand-picked members present. It was then deceitfully “passed” by “Unanimous Consent” on March 5, 1991, by voice vote with almost NO ONE there and NO RECORD made of their names or how they voted. Two days later, on March 7 1991, the U.S. Senate passed the Resolution by voice vote, also with no recorded vote. On March 20, 1991, it was signed by President George H. W. Bush and became Public Law 102-14. [2]

The following shows how HJ Res. 104 was presented as an “Education Day,” with the Seven Noahide Laws from the Babylonian Talmud replacing the Christian moral and ethical values of the Ten Commandments:

Whereas Congress recognizes the historical tradition of ethical values and principles which are the basis of civilized society and upon which our great Nation was founded;

Whereas these ethical values and principles have been the bedrock of society from the dawn of civilization, when they were known as the Seven Noahide Laws;

Whereas without these ethical values and principles the edifice of civilization stands in serious peril of returning to chaos;

Whereas society is profoundly concerned with the recent weakening of these principles that has resulted in crises that beleaguer and threaten the fabric of civilized society;

Whereas the justified preoccupation with these crises must not let the citizens of this Nation lose sight of their responsibility to transmit these historical ethical values from our distinguished past to the generations of the future;

Whereas the Lubavitch movement has fostered and promoted these ethical values and principles throughout the world;

Whereas Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, leader of the Lubavitch movement, is universally respected and revered and his eighty-ninth birthday falls on March 26, 1991;

Whereas in tribute to this great spiritual leader, `the rebbe,’ this, his ninetieth year will be seen as one of `education and giving,’ the year in which we turn to education and charity to return the world to the moral and ethical values contained in the Seven Noahide Laws; and

Whereas this will be reflected in an international scroll of honor signed by the President of the United States and other heads of state: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That March 26, 1991, the start of the ninetieth year of Rabbi Menachem Schneerson, leader of the worldwide Lubavitch movement, is designated as `Education Day, U.S.A.’. The President is requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe such day with appropriate ceremonies and activities.

The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, Congressman Dannemeyer points out, clearly states that:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…” [4]

However, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson’s consistent beliefs throughout his long life firmly established the official Lubavitch-Hassidic doctrine within U.S. politics and Chabad centres round the world. The following quotes from his book, Gatherings of Conversations (1965), reveals with clarity what the Rabbi believed:

The difference between a Jewish and a non-Jewish person stems from the common expression: ‘Let us differentiate.’

Thus, we do not have a case of profound change in which a person is merely on a superior level. Rather, we have a case of ‘let us differentiate’ between totally different species.

This is what needs to be said about the body: the body of a Jewish person is of a totally different quality from the body of [members] of all nations of the world…

…An even greater difference exists in regard to the soul. Two contrary types of soul exist, a non-Jewish soul comes from three satanic spheres, while the Jewish soul stems from holiness…

… A Jew was not created as a means for some [other] purpose; he himself is the purpose, since the substance of all [divine] emanations was created only to serve the Jews.” [5]

You may be unaware that the slaughtering of Christians around the world has been going on for many decades. It first came to my attention when George H.W. Bush went to El Salvador in December 1983 as Vice-President to smooth over the damage caused when Washington funded death squad murders of missionaries and civilians, and even of U.S. citizens. [5] During his visit there, a woman challenged Bush as to why the U.S. was killing priests, which he denied and said, “Now you be quiet.” Between 1977 and 1989, death squads and soldiers killed 13 priests in El Salvador – as far as been officially released. [6] Death squads continued this slaughter in other parts of Latin America, which also included the shameful torturing and killing of nuns.

Michael Snyder is alarmed at how silent the media is about this and wrote that “hatred of Christians is rapidly rising all over the globe.” He reported on the Christian killing sprees by terrorist gangs in Africa where thousands of Christians have been shot or hacked to death in Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Nigeria. The Christian populations in Syria, Iraq, and India are in decline. Over the past couple of years in China, Snyder reports, “countless churches have been raided, countless pastors have been imprisoned, and countless Bibles have been burned.” [7]

In Sri Lanka, after three churches were targeted at Easter in 2019, killing 253 people and injuring many more, the British government commissioned Bishop of Truro Philip Mounstephen to lead a review of the persecution of Christians. A published interim report stated:

“Evidence shows not only the geographic spread of anti-Christian persecution, but also its increasing severity… In some regions, the level and nature of persecution is arguably coming close to meeting the international definition of genocide, according to that adopted by the UN.” [8]

It is perhaps no coincidence that during lockdowns people were banned from going to church. It is also no coincidence that during the Bolshevik Revolution many churches were leveled. It is also no coincidence that New York banker James Warburg, son of Paul Warburg who helped finance the Bolshevik’s path to power in Russia, told a Senate Committee on February 17, 1950:

We will have a world government whether you like it or not. The only question is whether that government will be achieved by conquest or consent.

Russia was devastated by the financed Bolshevik takeover, which rightfully should be called a coup. Famous Russian writer Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn wrote of the 1920s in the USSR that:

Scores of archbishops and bishops perished. Tens of thousands of priests, monks, and nuns, pressured by the Chekists to renounce the Word of God, were tortured, shot in cellars, sent to camps, exiled to the desolate tundra of the far North, or turned out into the streets in their old age without food or shelter… For tens of millions of laymen access to the Church was blocked, and they were forbidden to bring up their children in the Faith: religious parents were wrenched from their children and thrown into prison, while the children were turned from the faith by threats and lies… [9]

The New World Order that James Warburg spoke of is the Communist takeover of the world where we will “own nothing and be happy” according to the Davos crowd at the World Economic Forum. Chris Banescu, a survivor of the Communist Holocaust, and now living in America, wrote:

Under the decades-long assault and militant radicalism of many so-called “liberal” and “progressive” elites, God has been progressively erased from our public and educational institutions, to be replaced with all manner of delusion, perversion, corruption, violence, decadence, and insanity.

It is no coincidence that as Marxist ideologies and secularist principles engulf the culture and pervert mainstream thinking, individual freedoms and liberties are rapidly disappearing. As a consequence, Americans feel increasingly more powerless and subjugated by some of the most radical and hypocritical, least democratic, and characterless individuals our society has ever produced. [10]

Godless, we will succumb to these dark forces, warned Solzhenitsyn. He reminded us in his 1983 Templeton Prize Lecture that:

Our life consists not in the pursuit of material success but in the quest for worthy spiritual growth. Our entire earthly existence is but a transitional stage in the movement toward something higher, and we must not stumble and fall, nor must we linger fruitlessly on one rung of the ladder. Material laws alone do not explain our life or give it direction. The laws of physics and physiology will never reveal the indisputable manner in which the Creator constantly, day in and day out, participates in the life of each of us, unfailingly granting us the energy of existence; when this assistance leaves us, we die. And in the life of our entire planet, the Divine Spirit surely moves with no less force: this we must grasp in our dark and terrible hour. [11]

To prevent history repeating itself in our respective countries today, we have a lot to learn from what happened when the Bolsheviks devastated Russia with Communism.
